Our speaker for our September meeting (11th) was Vicky Bissett talking to us all about the newly opened Christie’s in Macclesfield. It was also our first meeting back at our original home of Marlborough Primary School. We enjoyed a lovely glass of bubbly, cakes & biscuits, our thanks to Elaine for being our refreshment lady for the evening & to Clare for our wonderful raffle. We had a ‘quick’ whip round for Christie’s, we collected £75 & £100 ‘speaker’ fee was given to Vicky. A big thank you to all our members who donated.
